We are very pleased to anounce that finally, the russian “Bad Mood Man/Solitude Productions” will edit our second full length album “Forthcoming Displeasures”, no official release date, but we hope it will be during january 2010!

- We can announce that the album artwork its being made by Robert Høyem (www.attheends.com), a young Norwegian artist with lots of potential, who knows perfectly how to transmit Helevorn’s new concept. However he has almost finished all the layouts, cover and booklets, which we will reveal as soon as we know how we are going to edit the new record and hoping it will be soon!

“Madrid is the Dark Fest” • 08 May 2009
- The band will appear in the “Madrid is the Dark Fest”, an event related with all the Doom music aspects. It will be the 11th and 12th of September at the Sala Ritmo y Compas, Madrid.

Recording the new album • 14 April 2009
- We have just finished our work in the studio! Jens has taken the work back to his FASCINATION STREET STUDIOS for the final mix and mastering and we hope we will have it in our hands by the end of this month or the begining of the next one.
As we said before there are eight final tracks, here are some of the titles: “To Bleed Not To Suffer”, “Descent”, “Hopeless Truth”, “Two Voices Surrounding”, “Revelations”, “From Our Glorious Days”, etc…
It has been very hard and intensive work, but we all think the result will be worth it. We are pleased how the daily work in the studio has gone with Johan and Jens, who have done a great job, we also want to thank Rafa Rigo and Toni Toledo (Urban Studios) for their patience and their overtime and to Chus Coll for her hair-raising input with the Cello, Thank you.
We will keep you informed, see you soon!

Press Release • 12 February 2009
- 2008 has been an intensive year, fully concentrated on the creation of new compositions for their next studio album. It will be recorded in March 2009 at Urban Studios in Palma de Mallorca, produced by Jens Bogren and Johan Ornborg, also producers of bands like KATATONIA, OPETH, DRACONIAN, PARADISE LOST, etc.
The complete process of mixing and mastering it will be at the FASCINATION STREET RECORDING STUDIOS in Örebro (Sweden). They have taken an important step in their musical style, emphasizing a more intense and heavy sound, being more forceful, without a doubt it will be the Doomest work that HELEVORN has never done.

"Spain Kills" Compilation • 10 November 2008
- The band will appear in the “SPAIN KILLS” compilation (Xtreeme Music), launched in mid-November. Consisting of ten volumes with the different styles within the Spanish extreme metal, appreciating almost the entirely state metal scene.
HELEVORN appears with the song "Nobody is Waiting" (volume 09), entirely dedicated to Doom Metal, where you can also find bands like Autumnal, Evadne, Golgotha, Ephemeral Dusk, etc ...
We believe this is a very positive initiative from Xtreeme Music, wishing a successfully outcome. Congratulations!

Lineup Changes • 22 April 2008
- After being a member of HELEVORN from the beginning in 1999, Marc Llompart is no longer part of the band.
We are very sorry, specially after all the great times we have had together, and we want to thank him for his role in the band as bass player and as a friend during all these years, but a lack of dedication to Helevorn has made us have to take this difficult decision together. We wish you all the best mate!
For now, Toni Mainez (Goreinhaled), a long time friend, will be filling in until our next recording, with no definate date, but most probably before the end of this year.
